Name 1 good thing about snow.

I'll name a few horrible things about it.

It's cold.
It's wet.
It's pupil burning bright during the day.
It's dirty. (even white snow, as it all comes from the same place, water around the city that gets evaporated)
It's the main cause for many horrible sicknesses. (many of which I have suffered; hypothermia, pneumonia, frost bite)

It's cold.
It's cold anyways

It's wet.
If you manage to get it down your clothes/boots

It's pupil burning bright during the day.
Wear sunglasses? I dunno, I'm used to it anyways unless the sun's abnormally bright...then I just squint

It's dirty.
Fresh snow isn't. It gets dirty because people step on it

(even white snow, as it all comes from the same place, water around the city that gets evaporated)
But it's just the water getting evaporated. The dirt and bacteria don't. I guess you could argue that it's dirty since water molecules gather around dust particles in the air as it condenses but it's more or less the same as the air you breathe normally

It's the main cause for many horrible sicknesses. (many of which I have suffered; hypothermia, pneumonia, frost bite)
Hypothermia and frost bite are caused by the cold, not the snow. Pneumonia is caused by bacteria and phlegm gathering in your lungs. It's easier to get sick because of sudden changes in temperature. Bacteria causes diseases, not the cold.

Anyways, I just like it. It's better than raining November through May...or just being colder.

^ ^,

Rain does not hold up traffic to the extent that it takes an hour to move 30 meters.

Alcohol, recklessness, sleeplessness, anxiety, depression are not nature, and only affect some people. Stop defending snow, it's found guilty and will receive the penalty of death.

Traffic is only that bad in extreme cases. If you're going to say that, then hurricanes make it so that you can't drive period /=

Snow doesn't "hold up traffic to the extent that it takes an hour to move 30 meters," a blizzard does. And a bad one at that. I don't think comparing a blizzard to a hurricane is exagerating.

You can't google your information, and attempt at having this conversation.

1) We did not have a blizzard, we received 10-15cm MAX
2) It does hold up traffic if it during rush hour and the roads aren't cleared.
3) I have never seen a blizzard of any sort come anywhere near a hurricane. I lived through one of the worst snowstorms known to Montreal. Sure, there were power outages, and some trees fell down, but that's about it.
4) You don't know what it's like in the winter time, now that you and your retarded american country is making our world sick with your pollution. Go jump off a bridge into sludge.

Crayola you just showed how ignorant you are by making such a generalization, refering to a whole country as stupid idiots just because of our bad leaders.

When Obama is assassinated, my statement will be confirmed. Your country is the most hated around the world, don't give me this "generalization" crap, 65% of americans cant even find themselves on a world map.

Crayola, lighten up. Jesus you need to CHILL out completely.

The fact this went from snowfall to Obama assassination is where I draw the line.

Mind you I love in wisconsin where 10-15 cm is a PATHETIC snowfall. We got a foot in the past week. Do you see me bitching? No. Stop blaming everyone for your problems.

Lighten up, this is an internet forum.

I was talking about traffic only. No shit a hurricane does more damage than a blizzard. And anything holds up traffic during rush hour when roads are cleared. Is that even worth mentioning?

And I've only been in America for less than 4 years. I've stayed longer in Canada (only half a year longer but whatever). Good job at generalizing, though. Ironic seeing as I have citizenship in Canada.

I'd MUCH rather have -20 to -30 degrees weather for most of the winter but have it actually snow several months of the year than have it rain the whole winter away. Yes, I know bad weather can hold up traffic but that's true for everywhere and not just snow

I do agree with the whole 'everyone hates America' and 'a lot of Americans are retarded/ignorant/just don't give a fuck about anything but themselves and their own country' though <3 Listening to some of my friends whose families haven't moved for a couple hundred years talk about politics is pretty funny
